At Tily Carpentry quality is extremely important to us. We continually strive to monitor and improve our performance in all areas.

We Have Construction line Gold, Chas & Alcumus certification for Health and safety.

We are members of Building Safety Group and benefit from the support of their NEBOSH Construction qualified Health and safety team.

All our staff are CSCS Health and Safety trained and hold current CSCS cards.

Since we started trading we have worked closely with on site Bristol and we have now successfully trained 10 apprentices from school leavers to fully qualified tradesman who are all now enjoying a career in the construction industry. 6 of which are still working for our company.

In March 2010 we we're awarded investors in people accreditation in recognition of our commitment to our employees.

In 2010 we we're a finalist for small company employer of the year awards.

In 2012 one of our apprentices won apprentice of the year award.

In 2014 we won an award in recognition of our contribution to raising workplace skills in the construction industry.

All our staff are trained in asbestos awareness, manual handling, customer care, working at heights and on site health and safety and have regular tool box talks.
